Refund & Return Policy:
As a business service provider rather than a product supplier, there is no requirement for a return policy.
With regards to refunds, although the company does not support a refund policy we will consider a refund to customers subject to an investigation of circumstances as to why a customer feels that a refund is necessary. Each case will be investigated individually by a Director of the company and assessed on its own merit entirely.
In the event that the company decides to provide a customer with a refund, it will be paid out within 4 - 7 working days, from approval.
