Advertising Agreement:

Term of the Agreement: The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Advertiser's application form and will end 12 months after your listing is uploaded to the site.

Category Advertising: As an advertiser we allow you to add your details in up to 5 categories for each application. Your addition to a category is subject to our approval and after we have clarified that the category is relevant to the products/service you provide and that the product/service is not offensive or likely to cause offence to another person or organisation.

Town Advertising: As an advertiser we allow you to add your details in up to 5 towns for each application.

Additional Towns & Categories: As an advertiser you can apply to add your business to additional towns and categories, these are however limited to 5 per application. We will provide a discount to advertisers requiring multiple listings, please contact us direct so that we can discuss your requirements and tailor a package that suits you.

Potential Business: As a business we make no claims as to the potential leads you may generate by advertising on the site.

Site Traffic: We also make no claims regarding site traffic other than the traffic rankings as displayed by alexa.com utilising the alexa toolbar as a benchmark for internet traffic rankings, daily reach and page uses.

Introducer Agreement: As an advertiser you may wish to recuperate your advertising fees by introducing businesses to us so that they can advertise on Business Pages Local. To take advantage of this opportunity you must sign up as an introducer by completing the introducer's application form on the home page of our website.

Terms & Conditions: All advertisers agree to abide by our general terms and conditions as detailed below;

We will not accept any advertisements that discriminate between sexes and races.

We will not accept advertisements that publicise, promote or imply the provision of sexual services, aids or literature.

We will not accept web site addresses that contain sexual words within the Web address.

We will not accept advertisements that include 0898/0909 telephone numbers or other adult lines.

We will not accept advertisements for Massage or Escort Agencies.

We will not accept advertisements which offer products or services that infer questionable moral standing.
